By accessing and using TransferBridgeUS, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Service Description
TransferBridgeUS is an educational platform that provides transfer probability predictions, school information, and resources for international students looking to transfer to U.S. universities. We do not guarantee admission to any institution.
User Responsibilities
Account Accuracy
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your personal information and academic records. Providing false or misleading information may result in account termination and inaccurate predictions.
Prohibited Activities
You may not use our service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. This includes attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfering with other users, or using our platform for fraudulent purposes.
Intellectual Property
All content on TransferBridgeUS, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by TransferBridge or its content suppliers and protected by intellectual property laws.
Referral Program
Program Participation
Our referral program allows users to earn $1,000 for each successful referral who completes their transfer and first semester at a U.S. university. Participation is voluntary and subject to program terms.
Referral Requirements
To qualify for referral rewards, the referred student must successfully transfer to a U.S. university, complete their first semester, and remain in good academic standing. Proof of enrollment and completion may be required.
Payment Terms
Referral rewards are paid within 30 days of verification of the referred student's successful completion of their first semester. Rewards are subject to applicable taxes and reporting requirements.
Limitations and Disclaimers
Prediction Accuracy
Our transfer predictions are based on historical data and statistical models. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee admission outcomes. Predictions should be used as guidance, not as definitive admission guarantees.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions or technical issues.
Third-Party Content
TransferBridgeUS may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or availability of such external content.
Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service. By using TransferBridgeUS, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Account Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by following the account deletion process in your settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
TransferBridge reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, illegal activities, or any reason that, in our sole discretion, threatens the safety or integrity of our platform and community.
Upon termination, we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including to prevent fraud or enforce our terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
